Pre-production training May 28 – June 5


  1. blog planning and update, (30 minutes maximum) x 2
  2. top 3 objectives visualization and feeling into being x 2, (10 minutes)
  3. yoga or tai chi (1 hour)
  4. run, rollerblade or dance (30 minutes)
  5. production (2 hour)
  6. pre-production and preparation (6 hours)


  1. blog revisions and organization (4 hours)
